Please read these terms carefully before commissioning audio engineering services from Nagatsu Akiza.
Payment Terms
Payment policies and requirements for all audio engineering services
- Upfront Payment: 50% deposit required before work begins, remaining 50% due upon completion
- Payment Methods: Dana & Gopay
- Currency: All prices are in IDR unless specified otherwise
- Late Payment: Projects will be paused if payment is overdue by 7 days
Service Delivery & Timeline
Expected delivery times and project workflow information
- Mixing & Mastering: 3-7 business days depending on complexity
- Vocal Tuning: 2-5 business days per track
- Instrumental Creation: 7-14 business days
- Rush Orders: Available for 50% additional fee (24-48 hour delivery)
- Delays: Client will be notified immediately if delays occur due to technical issues
File Requirements & Formats
Technical specifications and file delivery standards
- Input Formats: WAV, AIFF, FLAC (minimum 44.1kHz/24-bit)
- Delivery Format: WAV 44.1kHz/24-bit (or client's preferred format)
- File Naming: Proper track names and organization required
- Stems/Multitracks: Individual tracks must be properly labeled and organized
- Reference Tracks: Provide 2-3 reference songs for desired sound direction
Revisions & Client Communication
Policy on revisions, feedback, and project modifications
- Free Revisions: Up to 3 minor revisions included in base price
- Major Changes: Significant alterations may incur additional charges
- Revision Timeline: Each revision adds 1-2 business days to delivery
- Feedback Format: Specific, timestamped notes preferred (e.g., "2:15 - vocals too loud")
- Communication: Updates provided every 48 hours during active projects
Copyright & Usage Rights
Intellectual property and usage rights for completed work
- Client Ownership: Client retains full ownership of original recordings
- Engineering Credit: "Mixed/Mastered by Nagatsu Akiza" credit appreciated but not required
- Portfolio Usage: Completed work may be used in portfolio with client permission
- Confidentiality: All project files kept confidential and secure
- Instrumental Rights: Custom instrumentals include full commercial usage rights
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Important information about project cancellations and refunds
- Before Work Starts: Full refund available if cancelled before project begins
- Work in Progress: Partial refund based on completion percentage
- Completed Work: No refunds after final delivery and client approval
- Client Cancellation: 48-hour notice required for cancellations
- Force Majeure: Delays due to technical failures, illness, or emergencies are not grounds for refunds
